The global wind energy industry’s gateway to Asia-Pacific: RECHARGE Wind Power Summit Asia-Pacific powered by WindEnergy Hamburg from 19 to 20 May 2026 in Singapore
The global wind energy community meets in Singapore: the RECHARGE Wind Power Summit 2026 Asia-Pacific powered by WindEnergy Hamburg, organised jointly by Hamburg Messe und Congress (HMC) and the leading industry publication RECHARGE by DN Media Group, is an international conference and expo for onshore and offshore wind in the Asia-Pacific region (APAC). This is where energy suppliers, project planners, equipment manufacturers and suppliers, financiers and government representatives gather to drive the expansion of wind energy across the region.
For the first time, a central platform for the wind energy industry is established in one of the world’s most dynamic growth regions – two days filled with inspiring conference topics, networking opportunities, knowledge transfer and innovative business development activities. The core of the event will be the renowned Recharge Wind Power Summit, a top-flight conference (subject to participation fees) now celebrating its début in Singapore, after successful past editions in Washington D.C, Oslo and Hamburg. The innovative technology and business hub of Singapore, home to the corporate headquarters of numerous key players of the industry and a strong offshore sector, is considered the region’s renewable energy capital. An exhibition will be co-located with the conference, organised by the team in charge of the world’s leading wind industry fair, WindEnergy Hamburg. Admission to the exhibition is free but registration is required.
Featuring top-flight speakers, a C-level audience, a stage for thought leader presentations, and an exclusive expo, the Summit will address the industry’s core needs: strategies, innovations and forward-thinking alliances to drive the energy transition. RECHARGE and HMC, the organisers of the Recharge Wind Power Summit Asia-Pacific, will be supported by two government agencies, Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG) and the Singapore Tourism Board (STB). The event receives further active support from strong partners such as the European wind energy association WindEurope, the German engineering industry association VDMA, the German wind energy association (Bundesverband WindEnergie e.V., BWE), ASMI, the Association of Singapore Marine and Offshore Energy Industries, and other national wind industry organisations.
Forming a unique link between Asian and European markets, this event will deliver fresh impetus to drive the regional development of wind energy.
With our global reach, strong brands and a clear mission, let us join hands to speed up the energy transition!
