Tengah Island Conservation (TIC) is pleased to announce a job opening for a Waste Management Project Coordinator within our team to work on a waste management & sustainability project.

This is a paid position which is open to Malaysian citizens and permanent residents only.

The Waste Management Project Coordinator will be based on-site, on Pulau Besar, Johor, and will be responsible for stakeholders engagement, data collection and coordination of the running of the project. Handling of administrative and budget tasks (minimal) will also be required of the candidate. We are looking for an enthusiastic person willing to work on a small island for 9 months (with the possibility to extend). The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team to develop, coordinate and implement phases of the project with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate is to start immediately and will report to the Project Manager.
