Roles & Responsibilities

Support the coordination of training programmes:

  • Handling of enquiries
  • Validating of training requirements
  • Communication with participants for course confirmation
  • Training Operations:
  • Ownership of attendance and feedback form
  • Invoicing
  • Coordination with trainers
  • Updating of training workshops on website
  • Procurement of refreshment, courseware and certificates
  • Application of PDU points
  • Data entry into TMS Uploading of results, attendance and course date
  • Training grant submission
  • Filing of training documentation

Ideal Candidate:

  • Keen to learn, understanding and passion for training, learning and development
  • Possess a good diploma with 2 years of relevant experience
  • Customer oriented and positive work attitude with high initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Organised and meticulous with a keen eye for details
  • ACTA / ACLP preferred but not required
  • Singaporean
