Salary: S$49,871 – S$56,252 pro rata

We are looking for a highly-organised and pro-active Team Coordinator to support our growing, dynamic Asia Pacific team office in delivering creative, impactful work within our areas of focus. This role involves providing administrative and project support to the team, as well as functioning as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director of APAC.
Forum for the Future is a leading global sustainability non-profit. For over 20 years we’ve been working in partnership with business, governments and civil society to accelerate the shift toward a sustainable future. We specialize in addressing critical global challenges by catalyzing change in key systems, and have steadily delivered value to key businesses in the Asia Pacific region over a period of 5 years.
To thrive in this role, you should:
- be comfortable working with resource constraints in a fast-paced environment;
- be able to work independently managing multiple tasks;
- be able to collaborate effectively with your managers in prioritising and executing tasks;
- possess strong interpersonal skills: being able to build, manage and influences relationships with people at all levels both within the organization and with external stakeholders; and
- maintain interest in and commitment to the sustainability principles of Forum for the Future.
