Salary: S$49,871 – S$56,252 pro rata

Location: Singapore

Do you want to be part of a small team and play a key role in creating a more equitable and sustainable future in Asia?

We are looking for a highly-organised and pro-active Team Coordinator to support our growing, dynamic Asia Pacific team office in delivering creative, impactful work within our areas of focus. This role involves providing administrative and project support to the team, as well as functioning as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director of APAC.

About you

To thrive in this role, you should:

  • be comfortable working with resource constraints in a fast-paced environment;
  • be able to work independently managing multiple tasks;
  • be able to collaborate effectively with your managers in prioritising and executing tasks;
  • possess strong interpersonal skills: being able to build, manage and influences relationships with people at all levels both within the organization and with external stakeholders; and
  • maintain interest in and commitment to the sustainability principles of Forum for the Future.
