About the role

This role will help drive sales and create impact by leading the development of value propositions for both customer partnerships and product portfolios focused on sustainable nutrition. This role works closely with teams across marketing, R&D, finance, procurement, regulatory, and sales, and is responsible for creating and delivering compelling, customer-facing value propositions.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Commercial Teams - Identify pilot customers and define the product portfolio focus areas.
  • Design Value Proposition Development - Lead the creation of the value proposition process, including cross-functional workshops and execution plans for go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive Strategic Alignment - Engage and align key stakeholders—RD&A, Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Integrated Operations—around the value proposition strategy.
  • Partner on Innovation - Work closely with RD&A to define positive impact innovation requirements and support them through the Kerry Innovation Funnel & Process.
  • Understand the Market Landscape - Maintain a strong grasp of target customers, their decision-making processes, competitors, market trends, and key dynamics influencing success.
  • Develop Communication Toolkits - Build compelling toolkits to communicate the sustainable nutrition impact and broader benefits such as taste, affordability, and accessibility.
  • Support Commercialisation - Collaborate with sales teams to bring value propositions to life—crafting tailored, engaging, and insightful presentations for key customer targets.
  • Champion Sustainability - Actively contribute to progress toward Kerry’s sustainability goals.
  • Live the Values - Be a role model of Kerry Values and serve as a Sustainability Champion.

Qualifications

  • 4-7 years’ experience, progressive responsibility in related capacity or food industry role
  • Strong project management skills & an ability to lead indirect teams
  • Strong external communication skills, including comfortability in public speaking to a c-suite audience
  • Strong ability to influence key stakeholders and drive alignment across Kerry business model.
  • Experience in customer interaction and customer-driven technical support
  • Ability to interface and influence other business functions, especially sales, R&D, operations and senior management within the business
  • Strategic thinker and results driven, self-motivated and agile
  • Business experience is desirable with strong commercial understanding
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Masters preferred
