Job Requirements

  • You improve the quality of your work on a daily basis by learning and implementing new skills with help from the Supervisor and the Continuous Improvement function
  • Excellent customer care skills (verbally and written)
  • Customer focused attitude
  • SAP experience in a Sales / Customer Service environment and others CRM Systems, such as SalesForce.com
  • Understanding of typical supply chain / logistics
  • You are actively involved in problem solving
  • You have good interpersonal skills
  • You communicate effectively, both oral and written
  • You are flexible and welcome change and improvements
  • You treat each customer as an individual
  • Used to work under pressure
  • In addition to your mother tongue English is required
