Thank you for your interest in participating in the Climate Change Commission's Klima Film Festival (KFF) Digital Press Launch. The KFF is being held in collaboration with the Oscar M. Lopez Center (OML Center) as part of its Balangay Project, which aims to chronicle the stories of the changing climate in the context of the Filipino experience and how it has shaped the Filipino identity and culture.

As one of the most vulnerable countries to the impacts of climate change, it is imperative to communicate the impacts of the changing climate, and the importance of adaptation and mitigation, to arrest the catastrophic effects of climate change. CCC looks forward to the perspectives and inputs of Filipino youth from all over the country in bringing their stories of climate change to the big screen.
