With over 17 years of MICE experience managing conferences, incentive trips and meetings for clients in the various industries. Monique saw a huge wastage in food and materials and this piqued her interest to try and promote sustainable events to her clients.

When not busy planning events, she is an avid amateur cook and baker learning how to have zero wastage in food preparation and trying to get her hand into gardening.
