The MOU was signed by Tanzania Green Building Council President, Mr Ngwisa Mpembe and Singapore Green Building Council President, Mr Ng Eng Kiong. The event was graced by Guest of Honour, Dr Vivian Balakrishnan, Minister for the Environment and Water Resources.
