EarthCheck, the global leader in sustainable tourism, has signed a service and support agreement with Magenta FZCO for EarthCheck branded solutions..

Mr. Mike Atkinson, CEO of Magenta, noted that Magenta provides clients with innovative, energy management products and services to support their sustainability outcomes.

He said, “The partnership with EarthCheck will enhance our Energy Measurement & Verification capabilities.”

Mr. Stewart Moore, CEO and founder of EarthCheck, said the agreement with Magenta was an exciting development for sustainable tourism in the region.

He said, “Our research shows that sustainability is no longer a choice, but rather a global movement that all tourism and travel organisations must take seriously.”

“This agreement provides EarthCheck with opportunities to work on the ground with current and new clients across the United Arab Emirates. We aim to help lower the environmental impact and operational co sts of tourism businesses and destinations while supporting local communities.”

Magenta is perfectly aligned to EarthCheck’s philosophy that “you can’t manage what you can’t measure”. The organisation supports clients to make informed decisions about energy usage that benefits their business as well as the environment.

EarthCheck’s flagship program EarthCheck Certification has helped clients in more than 70 countries realise over $500 million in operational savings while reducing their footprint on the environment.
