CDM executive board conducts survey to improve its documentation

The Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) Executive Board has launched a survey aimed at helping improve its documentation. The Board is inviting the public to participate in the survey and identify what improvements can be made to the Board, panel and working group documentation.

This work is part of the Board’s response to the request by the sixth session of the the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties (COP/MOP 6) to the Kyoto Protocol for the Board to continue to improve the transparency and consistency of its CDM regulatory framework by continuing to revise its official documentation in order for it to comply with the hierarchy of decisions adopted by the Board. This survey will be used to help the Board identify ways to improve its agendas and meeting reports, its panels and working groups, and the CDM regulatory documents. The CDM regulatory documents are standards (including methodologies and tools), procedures, guidelines, clarifications, forms and information notes. The survey is open until 14 August 2011.
