In a time when Photovoltaic Solar Energy is becoming a major electricity source, the European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition (EU PVSEC) extends its focus to application- and policy-oriented topics with the inclusion of the related players.

The Call for Papers for the 28th EU PVSEC is open now! Submit your abstract and become an integral part of the leading PV solar energy event in 2013.

Covering the entire range of the PV value chain, including research, technologies and applications, the Conference Programme is focusing on the most recent scientific, technological and market-related developments. The Conference will be structured along the following main subjects:

• Material Studies, New Concepts, Ultra-High Efficiency and Space Technology

• Wafer-Based Silicon Solar Cells and Materials Technology

• Thin Film Solar Cells

• Components for PV Systems

• PV Systems

• PV – a Major Electricity Source

This year’s 28th EU PVSEC is devoted to the role of Photovoltaics as a major electricity source with a particular focus on energy storage, grid integration and PV building applications.

All specialists wishing to contribute to the 28th EU PVSEC Conference Programme and to present their latest scientific and technological results to PV specialists and decision makers from around the world are invited to submit their abstract by 01 March 2013.
