Antimony Green Inc announces that it has signed a definitive agreement with the sustainability consulting firm AgroSustainability to purchase all outstanding interest in the company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
“This is a significant milestone,” said Steven Olmsted, President and Chief Executive Officer, Antimony Green Inc. “We have been aggressively looking to expand our sustainability, environmental and social governance (SESG) services in the US and abroad, including Africa and Asia.
“Our full ownership of this farming, ranching and land management sustainability specialty firm provides an additional strategic lever for driving future organic growth. We expect this transaction to enhance the profile of our company and allow us to continue to assist companies with the growing SESG business category.”
In recent years, agricultural activities –farming, ranching, land management, commodities markets, renewable energy, growth of organic foods, plant and seed biotechnology, crop chemicals, supply chains, operations and equipment has undergone a dramatic shift.
From globalization, to fewer farms producing greater numbers of animals and crops, to technology innovation, to environmental requirements, and the such, the need for full time and one-off technical assistance has grown.
