Headed up by Oscar Castro, Lead Recruitment Consultant – LATAM, the team are working with a wide range of clients to source high calibre international talent. Oscar and his team are fluent in Spanish and have a particular focus on the booming renewable energy markets in Mexico and Chile, working with global and local companies to drive their expansion into what is still a relatively new market for South America.
