World Green Tourism (WGT), supported by the ADTA and the EAD is the only event in the region dedicated to the promotion of a sustainable tourism industry. The inaugural World Green Tourism conference and exhibition ran in November 2010 and proved to be a landmark event which paved the way for the development of a greener tourism industry.
The second edition of the event is being held on 5-7 December in Abu Dhabi. With support from regional government bodies and leading industry figures WGT 2011 is set to be an important event in the regions development of a responsible tourism sector.
Who should attend?
Anyone who is involved with the travel and tourism industry who has a desire to ensure the long term sustainability of destinations.
