ABOUT THE EVENT

Despite ambitious initiatives focused on bolstering female participation in the mining and resources industry, women remain significantly under represented. A recent report highlighted female participation to have actually fallen in the past year despite these attempts. Succeeding as a female in such an environment requires talent, determination and the ability to navigate a male-dominated industry.

The Women in Energy and Resources Leadership Summit 2015 will address the unique challenges which women face in the energy and resources industry and will provide practical and proven strategies to overcome these barriers. Inspirational and successful women from across the industry will share their personal stories of achievement and will offer valuable advice for current and emerging leaders for increased leadership excellence.
