More than 500 of the world’s top leaders in real estate and land use will convene at the Summit. This is the annual region’s premier real estate event, a platform that enable industry experts to connect and share and gain insights into the latest industry trends.
With the theme “The Future is Now, Are you Ready?”, the summit will focus on the key issues impacting the real estate industry across the region and will explore a wide range of topics including:

Highlights of the meeting include a ministerial keynote address from Lawrence Wong, Minister for National Development & Second Minister for Finance, on ‘Creating Competitive and Innovative Cities’ and Goh Kok Huat, Chief Operating Officer of GIC, one of the world’s largest global investors, who will talk candidly with Patrick Phillips, Global Chief Executive Officer of the Urban Land Institute about ‘Driving Innovation and Growth in the Digital Age’.
