Thetis MRE, the annual International Convention on Marine Renewable Energies, brings together stakeholders in the MRE industry, from industrialists to energy experts and major decision-makers, SMEs, research centers, institutions, schools, universities and more, for a 2-day event that encourages exchanges and promotes development of the MRE sector in France and around the world. Thetis MRE is held annually at strategic locations with interests in marine energy. Following the event’s first edition in Bordeaux in 2012, then Brest in 2013, the 2014 edition in Cherbourg attracted some 3,000 participants, including 35% from abroad, 30 speakers, and 260 exhibitors. Thetis MRE 2015 will be held on May 20 and 21, 2015, in France at the Nantes Parc des Expositions.
