For the third year running, Cundall is celebrating World Green Building Week (WGBW) hosting over 10 workshops across the world.
The Future of Green Buildings
With ever-tightening thermal requirements we are moving away from traditional forms of fit-out and making use of thermal mass to give free cooling. Taking the ceilings out may have thermal benefits, but can have dramatic knock-on impacts on working, learning and healing environments. In this workshop, we will concentrate on the acoustic impacts of exposed thermal mass and open the floor to a lively debate asking questions such as: is less really more?
A locally sourced breakfast delivered by Jacksons Catering will be available from 8.00 - 8.30am.
