We will be exhibiting 10 striking sustainable garments at Raffles College of Higher Education from 10 April to 9 May for a month, created by the finalist designers who recently competed in the sustainable fashion design competition, The EcoChic Design Award 2014/15 and showcased their collections on the Hong Kong Fashion Week runway earlier this year.
The 10 designers, including the awarded Laurensia Salim representing Singapore, and other 9 from Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, Malaysia, UK, France, Sweden and Denmark, have each contributed with one sustainable garment for the exhibition. These garments have been made using the sustainable design techniques of zero-waste, up-cycling and reconstruction in their effort to cut waste out of fashion and shipped to Singapore with thanks to our sponsor UPS.
