OBJECTIVES: Supported by Etihad Airways and ADSG, this course is designed to develop a strategy to manage supply chain risks and opportunities. The course will help you to:
- identify supply chain challenges at an industry level and develop a supply chain strategy
- manage supply chain risks through codes of conduct and auditing and to develop a practical risk management approach
- examine emerging environmental challenges along supply chains and embed them into the strategy
- consider opportunities for full supply chain traceability to engage with deep supply chain challenges and create inclusive business opportunities
- develop strategies that will leverage the development of responsible products and services
