The Affinity Village Community Centre known as the ‘Clubhouse,’ is the first retirement living community centre to achieve a Green Star rating in Australia.
This truly multipurpose building comprises a range of community services including meeting rooms, medical facilities, a dining area and kitchen plus social spaces including a billiards room, library, media room, gym and swimming pool.
Designed to be sustainable and comfortable, the Clubhouse incorporates solar passive design, high levels of indoor environment quality, the clever supply of natural light to the building, and individual metering and motion sensors to reduce energy consumption.
