Responsible Sourcing in Higher Risk Countries: Protecting Your Reputation through Active Management

Objective

The objective of this webinar (45-minute presentation / 15-minute Q&A) is to support organizations as they look to increase their supplier base in higher risk locations around the World. More companies are sourcing more widely than ever before as the pace of globalization increases. As supply chains become more complex and more multi-national, the risk to prime and growing brands becomes a great focus and challenge.

This webinar outlines key steps that organizations can take to consider apply control to the risks. We also look at some key countries and explore issues. We conclude by offering solutions to support organizations as they strive to protect their reputation. This webinar covers issues around Labor Rights, Health & Safety, Environment and Business Integrity issues in developing countries. We also look at how certain drivers such as the Global Reporting Framework, GRI G4, is pushing companies to consider more deeply the material issues in their supply chains.
