India m2m + iot Forum 2016

TSDSI ‘Telecommunications Standards Development Society, India’ (www.tsdsi.org) is organizing a joint workshop, ‘India m2m + iot Forum 2016’ (www.m2m2iotforum.com) along with TCOE ‘Telecom Centers Of Excellence, India’ (www.tcoe.in), and m2m2iotpaper.com from 22nd – 23rd April, 2016, at Shangri-La’s Eros Hotel in New Delhi.

The ‘India m2m + iot Forum 2016’ aims to be a platform to address the biggest challenge of diversity faced by the entire IoT community which is a blend of different vertical industries, various requirements, evolving technologies and new business models.

The forum will focus on having discussions on challenges and requirements of various vertical industries, along with different horizontal technical topics. The prime representatives for panels will be from Government of India Leadership, Start-ups, Industries and Academia. The forum is also followed up with oneM2M (www.onem2m.org),GSC(http://www.itu.int/en/ITU-/gsc/Pages/default.aspx), 3GPP (http://www.3gpp.org/) plenary meeting scheduled to happen in India from 25th to 29th April 2016.

The objective of ‘India m2m + iot Forum 2016’ is to actively facilitate new ideas, businesses and partnerships in m2m + iot developments and to provide an unique platform for M2M + IoT Evangelists, Innovators and Disruptors, and Manufacturers from the Large, Medium and Small Enterprise Segments to interact with Governments – Policy Makers and Regulators and Operators to come together and create the right enabling environment for innovation, ensure fair competition, facilitate cross-sector partnerships and meet the common challenges of legal regulations, privacy and security, and most importantly STANDARDS driven implementation and management of M2M + IoT based services in India.

India m2m + iot Forum is the platform that continues to actively facilitate new ideas, businesses and partnerships in m2m + iot developments and will provide an unique platform for M2M + IoT Evangelists, Innovators and Disruptors, and Manufacturers from the Small and Medium Enterprise Segments to interact with Governments - Policy Makers and Regulators and Operators to come together and create the right enabling environment for innovation, ensure fair competition, facilitate cross-sector partnerships and meet the common challenges of legal regulations, privacy and security, and most importantly STANDARDS driven implementation and management of M2M + IoT based services in India.

This joint forum is intended as a bridge between the ‘movers and shakers’ of the M2M + IoT universe in India with the standards development community of India and the world.
