Symposium Registration

REGISTRATION CLOSED

Registration for the Resettlement and Livelihoods Symposium has reached maximum capacity and is closed.

A note regarding Training Courses: Three post-symposium training courses will be offered. However, due to limited availability, an application process is required for attendance. Please visit the Training page to express your interest in participating in a training course. Acceptance and registration for training courses will be handled separately from symposium registration.

Registration Policies: All symposium participants, including delegates, sessions chairs, invited speakers, organizers, and paper and poster presenters, are required to register by 1 February. Due to security regulations, registrations will not be accepted on-site. If you must cancel your participation, please alert IAIA HQ no later than 1 February. Access to the ADB building is strictly controlled, and event-specific ID passes will be issued to all pre-registered delegates upon presentation of a valid photo ID (e.g., passport or driver's license). Please visit the symposium booth in the ADB main lobby to claim both your ADB security pass and your IAIA name badge. These IDs will be valid throughout the duration of the event and will allow participants to enter/exit ADB through its various gates and to participate in all event sessions.

Video/Audio Policies: Individuals officially identified by IAIA may photograph, videotape, and/or audiotape symposium events. By attending the symposium, you agree to allow your image to be used by IAIA. To foster sharing of information and open discussions, IAIA encourages presenters and panelists to speak freely and respectfully share their knowledge and experiences. During technical sessions, individuals are not permitted to record with personal audio or visual equipment or other recording devices such as cell phones, cameras, or recorders, without prior permission from IAIA and the speaker(s).
