Rejuvenating communities through sustainable development
The built environment is part of our physical surroundings and includes the buildings, parks, schools, road systems, potential to have a positive impact on the social fabric of a community. By designing developments with community at the heart you can create healthy environments for all.
Hosted in Lend Lease’s newly rated LEED Platinum premises, this event will look at case studies from around the world on how effective masterplans of developments have rejuvenated communities. This will be followed by ways these benefits can be modelled, verified and quantified to enable all stakeholders to make informed decisions on their development.
We will invite the renowned experts and practitioners in the industry from Green Building Councils, developers and consultants to share their experience in developing and creating the best places in the world.
