Enterprise Asia’s flagship CSR recognition program is back in its fourth instalment, as the Asia Responsible Entrepreneurship Awards 2014 Southeast Asia looks to honour Southeast Asian businesses and business leaders for their exemplary contributions to corporate social responsibility.
The Asia Responsible Entrepreneurship Awards program (AREA) recognizes and honors Asian businesses for championing sustainable and responsible entrepreneurship in the following categories:
- Social Empowerment Award
- Investment in People Award
- Green Leadership Award
- Health Promotion Award
- SME CSR Award
- Responsible Business Leader Award
The Awards are held in four sub-regions of Asia, namely, South East Asia, Eastern Asia, South Asia, and West Asia. The ceremony in Southeast Asia will be a congregation of over 250 attendees, including business and government leaders, diplomatic representatives, social and community leaders as well as local and international media. Participants emanate from Southeast Asian countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam and Cambodia.
As Asia’s leading award for responsible entrepreneurship, AREA aims to inculcate a culture of ethics and universal justice in the running of businesses as part of a sustainable entrepreneurial framework.
