China EHS&Q Excellence Summit 2013 is held against the backdrop of the China Twelfth Five-year plan(FYP) which is also formulated against the global background of international financial crisis industrial transfer and global climate change, the 12th FYP lays a tremendous amount of emphasis on “Green Development”( environment friendly and resource conservation development model ), all of which would probably usher in a new era of the century.
